I am a level 3 fully qualified Body Control Pilates mat work teacher and have been teaching in the area for 8 years. I teach around 130 per week and the success of my business is based on personal recommendation.
Pilates exercises develop movement control and are performed slowly using both mind and body. They do not require cardiovascular fitness and are appropriate for all age groups (with modifications if needed). Pilates is fantastic for achieving all round health as well as fitness and becoming more comfortable in your own skin. I have taught an age range of 15 to 84.
