5) Open Session

Mr Goddard was concerned about people using the recreation ground during the current Foot & Mouth Disease outbreak. He asked if he could erect a fence to act as a buffer zone to try to protect his livestock.
The nuisance of dog fouling is also causing more problems. As the footpaths are closed at this time some people are using the recreation ground and Bowey Field to exercise their dogs and let them foul what are children?s play areas.
There have been a number of cars skidding around the pavilion car park this sort of incident can damage the surface. The chairman asked that if anyone saw this happening they should take the car numbers so that action can be taken.
There has also been a significant amount of vandalism to the Pavilion. Again if anyone sees anything suspicious they are asked to let the chairman or clerk know. It was thought that the Police should be alerted.

There being no further business the chairman closed the meeting at 7-48pm
