Amendment to Parish Council minutes of December 4th meeting.

At the Parish Council meeting on January 8th 2002 the December 4th minutes were approved with the following amendment to minute (4xvii), proposed by Cllr Mrs Calcott and seconded by Cllr A Frampton and agreed unanimously.
xvii) Greenhayes
No 60 � Mr Casebourne has been informed of the PC�s position regarding licences to park and to access his barn with a kit car. A letter from Mr Casebourne was then received saying that he had prescriptive rights. The Council�s solicitor disagreed and drafted a letter from the PC to Mr Casebourne stating that matters will be taken further if he does not accept the PC�s proposals, this has been sent.
No 62 � A new plan had been received with clear markings these were acceptable and returned signed by the chairman and vice chairman and a suggested fee of �10 annually. A letter was subsequently received from Mason-Apps, Smallmans & Co solicitor for the owner Mr P Langley agreeing to this fee.
